Program Delivery oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program Delivery has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. They’re there from start to finish. Ultimately, program management is the hub that’s holding everything together. 

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional team resources to ensure digital strategy, creative, and interactive web development solutions are delivered on-time and on-budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters. Our Project Manager plans, schedules and controls all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with our clients and team members.

What we like to see

  • 5+ years project management experience and/or 5+ years of hands-on experience working in large-scale global content and product catalog management systems.
  • Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams (marketing, design, technical, localization, quality assurance)
  • Experience launching large-scale global marketing campaigns.
  • A knack for understanding web publishing tools and other technical concepts.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Passion for delivering consistently high-quality work on schedule.
  • Ability to develop relationships quickly.
  • Effectively able to communicate to a global audience and to lead upward.
  • Confident working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serving as primary DCM functional authority and consultant during design and development phases of online store campaign projects
  • Running and communicating the development of project launch plans
  • Overseeing detailed planning of go-live assets and deliverables
  • Validating all campaign aspects at each landmark from launch to takedown, maintaining brand consistency and protecting the customer experience
  • Leading cross-functional teams in establishing timelines and DCM requirements across multiple projects
  • Educating the cross-functional team on Retail’s eCommerce publishing process and requirements
  • Reporting project status, risks, issues and mitigation plans to leadership teams
  • Participating in post-release analysis to identify wins and challenges carrying findings forward to continually improve future project deliveries and execution
  • Being the internal evangelist for effective and sustainable process solutions
  • Developing strong working relationships with corporate partners to ensure delivery of the best possible experience to client customers

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
