About Client Partnership at Huge

At Huge, our Client Partnership team is at the heart of what we do. We build and nurture the relationships that drive our business forward. This means being a strategic partner to our clients, deeply understanding their needs, and working together to create groundbreaking products, experiences and growth. It’s about more than just managing accounts; it’s about shaping the future of our clients' businesses and our own.

The Role.

We’re looking for an SVP of Client Partnership to lead and grow one of our most important global accounts. This role is for a leader who is passionate about building what's next and is always looking for new ways to create value, particularly through the transformative power of small elite teams infused with cutting edge AI. You'll need an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization to drive multiple initiatives forward in a rapidly changing commercial and capability paradigm. And you’ll embrace the opportunity to forge new and lasting relationships within that organization.

You’ll be a senior partner and trusted advisor to over 30 stakeholders within this client’s marketing organization. Success in this role comes from leading through influence and collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team at Huge to deliver work that is both innovative and impactful. You will understand deeply what keeps marketers up at night and you’ll provide proactive solutions to help them sleep. You'll also mentor and guide a team of dedicated client partners, helping them grow and fostering a world-class relationship with our client.

What you’ll do.

  • Own and grow a significant client portfolio, with a focus on clear revenue retention and expansion.
  • Proactively identify and develop new opportunities with new clients within the organization, rather than just relying on organic growth.
  • Serve as a senior partner to over 30 stakeholders in the client’s marketing teams.
  • Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable strategies across brand, product marketing, and marketing services.
  • Champion innovative approaches through a thorough adoption of agentic AI workflows to transform how we create and deliver growth for marketers.
  • Lead the strategic development of new business pitches, from the initial response to closing the deal, including contract negotiations.
  • Partner closely with a cross-functional leadership team of significant tenure on this account to grow the business together.

What we’d like to see.

  • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale engagements in a digital design/marketing agency, consultancy or client side in the technology sector.
  • Alumni of MAANG (either in-house or a tenured relationship on the services side) is strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of managing $20M+ accounts and a history of year-over-year portfolio growth.
  • A deep understanding of the modern B2B and B2C marketing ecosystem, with the ability to connect brand strategy, experience design, and AI-enabled delivery.
  • Experience leading large, cross-disciplinary teams (20+ people), including directly managing VPs and Directors.
  • A passion for AI-driven marketing and content creation workflows, with a proven record of being hands on with the tools available. We don’t talk about AI here, we breathe it.
  • A proven ability to build trust and influence change within large, complex companies.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to create thoughtful, well-crafted documents and presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • A true team player who partners exceedingly well with cross-functional peers to solve problems and drive business growth together.
  • An enterprise mindset that is diplomatic, empathetic, and genuinely invested in the quality of the work and the success of the team.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
