Content Strategist

Remote

Human Agency

Human Agency offers full-service business solutions to partners and the organizations we create. We are a team of problem solvers driven by purpose and commitment to the free exercise of our and our partners’ human agency.

The Role

At Human Agency, we believe function equals form. Everything we deliver is functional, serving a clear purpose. We lead with impact, not ego. If you thrive in an environment that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role is for you. We are looking for a seasoned and versatile Content Strategist to join our team. This role spans social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B background, with industry agnostic experience - exposure to creating content in highly regulated environments will set you up for success. This position reports to the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Thought Leadership: Craft and implement strategic social media content, adhering to strict brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to infuse thought leadership. Bring creativity and precision to clients who value compliance as much as innovation.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Write and design web copy from scratch, establish content pillars, and build brand identity by capturing a client’s voice and tone. Create purposeful content, including decks and presentations, that is clear and intelligent.
  • Content and Design Insight: Possess an eye for both copy and design, generating ideas that align with strategic goals and remain in tune with current marketing and social trends. Be adaptable, embracing new challenges across various industries and using AI as an efficiency tool.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple, evolving projects while maintaining organization and clarity. Collaborate effectively and seek input as needed. You should be confident working independently, and be able to present options, invite feedback, and contribute to a collaborative brainstorm process with respect and confidence.

Our Ethos:

Purpose-Driven Work: We prioritize function over flair; our copy is crafted to solve problems and achieve business goals. We value collaboration and treat others with respect.

Balance of Strategy and Execution: This role requires someone comfortable ideating high-level strategies while rolling up their sleeves to execute.

Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, AI tools, HubSpot, and HootSuite.
  • Writing in Google Docs with attention to detail using tools like Grammarly.
  • Ability to move independently and collaborate confidently with team members.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in content strategy, social media, and/or copywriting, with a strong focus on B2B. We are industry agnostic and welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Skills:

  • A true "Swiss-army knife" for content: social, content, and copywriting expertise.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of handling shifting priorities.
  • Clear, adaptable communication that makes complex topics simple.

When submitting your resume, please include your portfolio or recent work samples.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
