About The Role

We're seeking an exceptional VP of Marketing who can craft and tell our revolutionary story across multiple channels, including social media, events, partnerships, and innovative out-of-home campaigns. This role requires a visionary storyteller capable of articulating our clear advantages and creating a movement through compelling, multi-faceted marketing strategies.

What You Might Do

  • Develop an innovative storytelling strategy that brings Humane's vision and mission to life across various platforms and touchpoints
  • Create and lead groundbreaking social media campaigns that inspire, engage, and mobilize our target audience
  • Conceptualize and execute memorable event experiences that showcase our technology and brand ethos
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that amplify our message and extend our reach to new audiences
  • Design creative out-of-home campaigns that capture attention and spark conversation in unexpected ways
  • Craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate the advantages of Humane's technology, tailored for different channels and contexts
  • Spearhead the creation of viral-worthy content that showcases our product's unique capabilities and benefits
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technological features into captivating stories and experiences
  • Build and nurture a community of brand advocates, influencers, and partners across various platforms and industries
  • Implement and optimize marketing strategies across social media, events, partnerships, and out-of-home initiatives, ensuring each delivers measurable returns
  • Utilize advanced analytics to measure the impact of our multi-channel storytelling and optimize our approach
  • Lead a diverse team of creative content creators, event planners, partnership managers, and data analysts to execute our marketing vision
  • Continuously refine our storytelling approach based on audience engagement, market trends, and ROI analysis across all channels
  • Develop thought leadership content and experiences that position Humane as a visionary in the tech industry

Essential Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on multi-channel storytelling and campaign creation
  • 7+ years experience marketing a tangible consumer product in a transforming, early-stage or startup company
  • Proven track record of developing viral social media campaigns, successful events, and innovative out-of-home strategies
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technological concepts for various audiences and formats
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in multi-channel marketing metrics and ROI analysis

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in launching innovative or disruptive products through diverse marketing channels
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging marketing trends, including social media, experiential marketing, and out-of-home advertising
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and content creation platforms across multiple marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for securing and managing high-impact partnerships
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative, high-impact marketing solutions across various mediums
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing attention-grabbing out-of-home campaigns
  • Strong background in event planning and management, particularly for tech product launches or showcases
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners across industries

Salary Range: $265,000- $330,000

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)

  • The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills
