ABOUT THE ROLE

Hut 8 is seeking a skilled and solution-oriented Manager, Network Delivery to lead the design, coordination, and implementation of custom network solutions across our growing data center portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Data Center Engineering, this role will play a key part in delivering tailored connectivity for enterprise clients, with a particular focus on technically complex or fiber-constrained environments.​

You’ll serve as a hands-on leader responsible for managing end-to-end network delivery—from client requirements through final implementation—ensuring that every deployment meets performance, scalability, and resiliency standards.​

Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:​

• Deign internal network architecture for enterprise and complex sites with limited or challenging fiber infrastructure.​
• Translate client and project requirements into actionable network designs in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Solutions teams.
• Coordinate with fiber carriers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement connectivity strategies that meet site and client demands.​
• Evaluate technical site constraints and propose creative, scalable network solutions.​
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation including topologies, design standards, and delivery processes.​
• Track and manage project progress, ensuring milestones for design and deployment are met.​
• Identify risks in fiber availability, vendor delivery, or infrastructure readiness and develop mitigation strategies.​
• Provide technical input during pre-sales and customer onboarding to ensure realistic and achievable network delivery expectations.​
• Collaborate with Development, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure network design aligns with overall site infrastructure and construction timelines.​
• Report regularly to the Director, Sales Engineering on project updates, network status, and vendor performance.

ABOUT YOU

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering or delivery roles within data center, telecom, or infrastructure environments.​
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade fiber and IP network solutions in custom or constrained environments.​
• Familiarity with vendor and carrier coordination, network implementation workflows, and technical site assessments.​
• Deep understanding of layer 1–3 networking principles, including routing, switching, and fiber connectivity.​
• Excellent project management and communication skills.​
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.​
• Proficiency in network architecture tools and diagnostic platforms.​
• Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline and attention to detail.​
