About your team:
Interactive Brokers is seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Administrator to join the Procurement Strategy and Systems team, which is responsible for maintaining and analyzing the ongoing functionality, performance, management, and support of Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement systems. The Strategy and Systems team is responsible for developing and managing S2P policies, processes, systems, and reporting for the overall Procurement organization.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
- Responsible for S2P configuration, data maintenance/management, and help desk support tickets.
- Lead the design and implementation of procurement system enhancements and optimization initiatives
- Serve as the primary technical expert for procurement systems, providing escalation support and guidance to system end-users
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and training programs for system implementations
Which skills are required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5+ years of experience administering Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement systems, with demonstrated expertise configuring and maintaining enterprise platforms such as GEP (preferred), SAP/Ariba, Coupa, Zip, or iValua
- Familiarity with the procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), contracting, catalog management, and the PR / PO process.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
- Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize procurement systems, particularly in S2P platforms like GEP
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading system implementations, enhancements, and testing initiatives from conception to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process improvements, resolve complex technical issues, and develop innovative solutions
- Exceptional communication and training skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and create user-friendly documentation
- Detail-oriented mindset with experience in data management, system maintenance, and establishing best practices for procurement operations
