Job Description
Interactive Brokers is looking for candidates to lead the prospecting and integration efforts for enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The candidate will be required to develop a keen understanding of IBKR's infrastructure, systems, products and offerings. To aid in securing prospective clients, this individual will need to understand and define real-world business requirements, translating them into proposed solutions for our fast-growing brokerage enterprise integration business. Resulting business opportunities will require the individual to manage projects that facilitate integration.
Responsibilities
The Enterprise Solutions Associate's primary responsibilities include:
- Defining detailed project delivery plans and identifying the internal resources required
- Effectively managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading and serving as a liaison for cross-functional teams comprised of colleagues from Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations
- Identifying problems and championing solutions
- Crafting post-go-live roadmaps to ensure continued success
- Becoming the subject matter expert for inquiries on our enterprise solutions
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Project Management
- 2+ years in Financial Services or a Project Management based role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be an effective communicator and influencer.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to exercise independent judgment when needed
- Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently.
- Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and concisely.
- High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions
- Strong MS Office skills. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
