This is a hybrid role (three days in the office/two days remote).
About your team:
The Marketing department at Interactive Brokers Group seeks a Mutual Fund Administrator to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
- Increasing access to our existing mutual fund offering.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with fund families.
- Effectively managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading and serving as a liaison for cross-functional teams comprised of colleagues from Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
- Identifying problems and championing solutions.
- Becoming the subject matter expert for inquiries
Which skills are required:
- Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Project Management.
- 2+ years in Financial Services or a Project Management role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be an effective communicator and influencer.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to exercise independent judgment when needed
- Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently.
- Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and concisely.
- High degree of comfort, fluency with computers and technology, and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
