This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote).

Our Chicago Client Experience team includes former traders, industry veterans, early-career professionals, and recent graduates. Everyone shares a passion for financial markets and technology. What You Will Do – Job Summary

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support.
  • Guide users through our powerful trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues with account management (statement review, permissions, tax, etc.), funding, and trading activity while finding smart and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools and share them with the team.
  • As the face of our company, you will embody our values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge, making customers feel heard and appreciated. Your role involves resolving user concerns with both speed and thoroughness, while actively engaging with our customer base throughout your workday.

What You Will Learn

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field preferred.
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with one to three years of experience in a customer-facing, finance, or technology role.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Curious about financial markets and the technology that powers them.
  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical, adaptable, problem-solver, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable navigating advanced platforms, including desktop and mobile applications.
  • In depth understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, crypto and fixed income.

This role's anticipated base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on skill's and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and stock award as well as a wide range of benefits, including health care, tuition reimbursement and much more.
