About the role:
The Relationship Management department includes multiple teams dedicated to managing our client relationships. The Distribution internship rotation will include exposure to sales and business development within structured products, private funds, and national accounts.
- Prospect and qualify team leads.
- Execute strategic initiatives which may include RIA and IBD market assessment, identification of key players, market share/share of wallet analysis.
- Collect and organize data efficiently and develop reports to support the team in the sales and relationship building process.
- Conduct market analysis to help shepherd sales efforts and support client sales and service opportunities.

- Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
- Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility:
- A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
- Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
- Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $41.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
