International Product & Audience Marketing Manager - Vice President

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of International Marketing & Communications, the VP International Product & Audience Marketing Manager will join our team in the EMEA region and will play a pivotal role in driving the success of iCapital’s products and functionalities outside the US. This position requires a strong financial marketing background and involves close collaboration with the US-based Product & Audience Marketing, Center of Excellence (COE), and Demand Generation Teams. The role focuses on creating go-to-market (GTM) strategies, adapting US materials to meet regional requirements, and launching campaigns to grow user adoption across target audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop GTM Strategies: Create and implement go-to-market strategies for iCapital’s products and functionalities introduced outside the US.
  • Adapt Marketing Materials: Customize US-based marketing materials to align with regional regulatory, cultural, and language requirements.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption in international markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the US-based Product & Audience, COE, and Demand Generation Teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial marketing, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience with adapting marketing materials for different regions.
  • Strong project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing management software and tools.
  • Cultural awareness and experience working with a global audience.
  • Preferred experience in Fintech, tech, and/or financial services for global/international companies.
  • Experience working in a global or regional role within the EMEA region.
  • Experience managing budgets and agencies.
  • Fluent in English and preferably German, additional languages are a plus.

 

 

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
