Position Summary:

Morae Packaging is seeking an experienced and visionary President to lead our fast-growing company through its next phase of development and innovation. As a young organization, we require a leader who can strategically build and establish new processes, driving growth and positioning the company for long-term success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, driving business strategy, and ensuring profitability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the packaging industry, a proven track record in executive leadership, and the ability to navigate the dynamic challenges of scaling a startup.

  • Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan, aligning it with market trends and business opportunities in the packaging industry. Ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Ensure that financial objectives are met and business risks are mitigated.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Lead initiatives that expand the company’s footprint and market share in the packaging sector.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing leadership team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation while supporting talent development and succession planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure that Morae Packaging continues to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all company activities are conducted in compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Lead the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in packaging. Stay abreast of new technologies and practices that can enhance product offerings and reduce environmental impact.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of leading organizations through growth and innovation while achieving strong financial results.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex market environments and build long-lasting business relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements in packaging.
  • Visionary thinker with a growth mindset.
  • Adaptable and results-oriented leader.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative and people-focused, with the ability to drive organizational culture.
