This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, and customer advocacy—shaping a unified joint narrative and bringing it to life through integrated campaigns, co-branded content, research, and high-impact event activations.

As the primary marketing lead for this flagship partnership, you’ll define and execute a shared co-marketing strategy aligned to joint business goals. In close collaboration with the Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth, you’ll develop and lead quarterly and annual GTM plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement, while serving as the connective tissue across internal teams and partner stakeholders.

  • Develop quarterly and annual GTM plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement for both organizations
  • Act as the connective tissue between internal teams (Strategic Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, Customer Success, PR/Comms) and partner stakeholders

Co-Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns, including:
    • Joint content (reports, blogs, case studies, testimonials, webinars)
    • Co-branded research and thought leadership
    • Multi-channel campaign activations (email, social, events, in-platform, and more)
  • Ensure consistency and strength of a cohesive joint narrative across all touchpoints
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across both organizations

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • In collaboration with Events teams, plan and execute co-marketing activations at flagship events (owned and partner-led), including:
    • Speaking opportunities
    • Co-branded experiences and sponsorships
    • Customer-facing activations and VIP engagements
  • Collaborate with Events teams to maximize visibility and engagement at key industry moments

Customer Advocacy & Storytelling

  • Partner with Strategic Marketing, Customer Success, Managed Services, and Sales to identify and activate joint customer stories
  • Source and develop compelling case studies and testimonials that highlight the impact of the partnership
  • Amplify customer voices across campaigns, content, and events

Broader Co-Marketing Enablement

  • Support and scale co-marketing best practices across additional strategic and ecosystem partners
  • Identify new opportunities for cross-partner collaboration and storytelling
  • Contribute to frameworks, playbooks, and processes that improve co-marketing effectiveness

Measurement & Optimization

  • Collaboratively define success metrics and track performance across co-marketing initiatives (e.g., engagement, pipeline, influence)
  • Analyze results and optimize programs to improve impact and ROI
  • Share insights and learnings with internal and partner stakeholders

What this role owns:

  • Communications, goals, and strategy coordination between impact.com and partner
  • Co-marketing campaign development, execution, measurement, and reporting
  • In close partnership with Events teams, coordination and execution of co-marketing events, activations, and speaking engagements
  • Customer storytelling and social proof that speak to the value the partnership drives for customers, and the strength of the partnership between companies
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing to develop processes, best practices, and playbooks to scale the partnership and enable other teams to speak and contribute to it

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, or co-marketing roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and executing joint GTM initiatives
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across content, digital, and events
  • Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
  • Ability to remain agile and operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across brands preferred

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
