PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Become an example for your team on how to present imre health’s creative POV to clients
- Have an ability to interpret and incorporate client feedback in a timely manner, and work to exceed the client's expectations in delivery
- Working with your cross functional team members to prepare delivery to clients.
- Prioritize work and resources across projects based on short and long-term needs for the imre health creative team.
- Become an expert in applying the empathetic approach to healthcare marketing and mentor team members to adopt that methodology.
- Become a focal point of best practices for Art Direction and develop innovation as a center of the creative team
- Play an active role in new business pitches, concepting and developing concepts into content. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on organic growth initiatives.
- Captain accounts and drive collaborative efforts across disciplines to deliver the best work possible.
- Contribute to the development of digital media and best-in-class content.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- BA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design or a related role
- Hands-on, advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Figma, Acrobat, Premiere, After-Effects
- Exceptional typography skills with a keen attention to detail and version control.
- A strong working knowledge of design, social and digital marketing and brand development in the healthcare space
- Able to lead brainstorm and ideation session as well as produce creative and strategic solutions with a fresh perspective
- A center of excellence for healthcare marketing, helping build and enforce processes that allow us to deliver best-in-class creative efficiently and effectively
- Confidently juggle several projects at the same time, as well as help art directors do the same. Delegates responsibilities and fosters a collaborative environment to work with others.
- Under minimal supervision, the Art Supervisor is tactically involved in the development of visual concepts/ campaigns and demonstrates a growing knowledge of the client’s brand & overall industry
- Supervise and create high quality visual concepts and generate new and innovative ideas, alongside the Copywriter and broader team, to create a wide range of concept advertising to support integrated, multi-channel initiatives.
- Clearly communicate information and direction to other art directors and freelancers
- An in-depth knowledge of print production
