Job Description: Channel Partnerships Manager - Incode Workforce

- Reports to: Senior Director of Strategy (Leader for Incode Workforce Product)

Incode is transforming identity verification and cybersecurity by solving one of the most critical challenges organizations face today: validating real-world identity to secure employee interactions and prevent fraud. With the rise of deepfake fraud, social engineering attacks, and increasingly sophisticated identity threats, traditional IAM systems fall short in ensuring employee authenticity during critical moments like password resets, MFA enrollment, and account recovery.
Incode Workforce bridges this gap by integrating with leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra, as well as business-critical applications like Slack and Zoom. Through real-world identity verification, we provide seamless and secure employee onboarding, lifecycle authentication, and protection against deepfake attacks—without requiring specialized devices or intrusive processes.

Mission
Own, build, and scale the channel-sales engine for Incode Workforce. You will design the global partner strategy (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances), open doors with established IAM & cybersecurity players, and drive net-new revenue through those channels—while rolling up your sleeves to enable partners, run co-selling motions, and keep deals moving.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about scaling a zero-to-one product.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & Prioritize – Craft the channel blueprint: which partners, why they matter, and the sequencing to win mindshare in a market that doesn’t yet know Incode or our brand.
- Recruit & Close – Leverage your existing executive relationships, key contacts and start net new ones to secure high-impact partnerships and signed revenue targets.
- Enable & Activate – Build training, playbooks, and incentive programs that make partners self-sufficient in positioning Workforce’s deepfake-proof, real-time identity verification.
- Pipeline Ownership – Co-sell with partners and ensure channel-sourced pipeline grows quarter over quarter and eventually becomes main source of leads at Incode.
- Operate & Scale – Stand up repeatable processes (deal registration, MDF, tiering, QBRs) and iterate quickly based on partner feedback and performance data.
- Advise Product & GTM – Feed market insights back to PM, PMM, and Sales to refine roadmap, pricing, and messaging

7+ years enterprise selling (quotas, forecast ownership) with a track record of closing multi-stakeholder, five to six-figure+ deals through partners. |

Senior-level relationships across VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and key tech alliances (especially IAM and security vendors). |
Zero-to-One DNA |
Comfortable creating strategy and executing it solo—high autonomy, resource-light environment. |
Enablement Muscle |
Ability to master technical value props quickly and translate them into crisp, partner-friendly narratives. |
Operational Rigor |
Fluent with Salesforce (or equivalent), deal-reg workflows, and data-driven GTM decisions. |
