The Opportunity
We’re seeking exceptional ML Data Analytics experts to join our specialized team working on cutting-edge document intelligence and ID validation projects. If you’re passionate about solving complex, real-world challenges with cutting-edge machine learning, we want you on our team.
About the Role
As an ML Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our machine learning models and data pipelines. You will be part of the ML team working on ID document processing pipelines, analyzing key performance metrics, and developing new tools to enhance model evaluation and monitoring.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and support a set of metrics representing ML pipeline performance and quality.
- Analyze data to provide insights on model performance, data shifts, labeler efficiency, and pipeline effectiveness.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by prioritizing critical tasks based on impact.
- Build and enhance monitoring tools to track and optimize data processing.
- Perform A/B testing on new features and models.
- Provide reports and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with large-scale data.
- Strong Python skills (including libraries for data analysis and visualization).
- Strong SQL skills, ability to write optimal queries
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Grafana).
- Solid understanding of statistics and data evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
Nice-to-Have:
- Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Experience with analytics for ML products.
- Background in mathematics, data science, or enterprise analytics.
- Prior experience building analytics from scratch for ML-driven products.
