About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will build, lead and motivate their team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Area Sales Leads and Sales Associates who are responsible for converting digital applications to in-person and virtual tours and selling office spaces in partnership with our Unit Operations team. We are looking for a strong leader who can coach and inspire this newly created team to increase conversions across the funnel and create better processes to meet our goals.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll monitor sales metrics, coach Area sellers on your team, and manage the sales administration process. This role is highly cross-functional so to be successful you’ll need to be a strong collaborator, excel in working in a team environment, and have excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Area Sales Leads and Sales Associates within your territory
  • Manage performance against sales targets and OKRs for your team set by the business
  • Provide and execute regular documented tour coaching, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 sessions across your team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and OKRs and suggest improvements
  • Sales critical thinking, being able to get to the root cause of a sales problem
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Ensure the team’s activities across leads and opportunities are logged, followed up on, and executed to help generate sales and seats
  • Playing an active sales leadership role in our CBRE Agency program 
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with our unit operations department on all sales activities and initiatives

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Be a strong manager who can recruit, train and develop new Area Sales Leads and Sales Associates 
  • A great coach in transforming someone’s performance and behavior 
  • Likes to jump in and be hands-on with the team. Help the team close sales deals, and manage lead and opportunity pipelines
  • Ability to read and understand data to help draw action plans to help increase sales performance
  • Create a culture of trust, open communication, and fun with your team
  • Demonstrated ability of going above and beyond for your team and customers
  • Attention to detail and a high level of inspection
  • Thrive in a highly cross-functional environment

Compensation and Benefits

The annual total compensation range for this role, including bonus, is between $130,000 and $145,000. The successful candidate's actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
