PPC Manager, Amazon

Neiron, in collaboration with Juvo Plus, is looking to fill a Digital Marketing Analyst based in India. This position will support the Infinite Commerce business, but will be employed directly by Neiron. Infinite Commerce works with Neiron as our local representative to support local employment and ensure a world class employment experience for our lndia based Team Members.

We seek a customer-obsessed individual with strong business acumen in eCommerce pay-per-click advertising, organic search strategies and techniques, marketing budget management, and ROI analysis. They will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining advertising strategies while leading a team of direct reports (PPC Analysts).  

This successful candidate will have their finger on the pulse of advertising (keywords/SEO, A/B testing, new tools/techniques) and account management on Amazon. The best qualities for this role are someone analytical-minded with a passion for diving deep, trying new things, and pushing boundaries to exceed our brand goals. This person will be highly collaborative, globally minded, and have a high customer focus, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for solving complex challenges. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and perform daily account responsibilities for a variety of brands. 
  • Create and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon using all available ad formats – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. 
  • Monitor daily and monthly brand budget caps and track keyword bids, impressions, and other important account metrics. 
  • Provide recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, and other advertising strategies that are in accordance with brand goals. 
  • Experience managing and optimizing many brand accounts within different categories on different geographical marketplaces. 
  • Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, Target+, etc.) 
  • Communicate with team and management on project development, timelines, and results. 
  • Lead direct reports with clear guidance and direction. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.  
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports to enhance their skills and capabilities. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising campaigns (4+ years preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, comfortable with business reporting, promotion setup, catalog management, and leveraging brand analytic tools 
  • Willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn basic search and performance marketing concepts. Willingness to question and test all principles 
  • Willingness to test and use new tools and platforms for search, analysis, and reporting. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint 

Minimum qualification: Graduate with preference for digital marketing or business coursework

  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of PowerBI or experience with other retail media advertising
