Purpose of the Job：

Demand Planning Manager can conduct rolling 12M sales forecast as per historical data and statistical model, lead analyst to have cross-functionally collaboration with Demand/MKT team to reach consensus on S&OP forecast through monthly/weekly process. This position also closely cooperated with internal engineers, provide analysis and suggestions to enhance forecast process and modeling, improve forecast accuracy and efficiency continuously.

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责： 

• Lead monthly S&OP meeting, identify opportunity and risk in sales trend, reach consensus on S&OP forecast with Brand Managers, Channel Managers and other cross functions。/主持月度S&OP会议，识别销售趋势的风险和机会点，与市场部及其他相关部门进行协同达成S&OP预测共识，
• Perform rolling 12months manual forecast on product/channel level, based on statistic forecast, sales history, inventory report and financial data./ 基于系统预测，销量历史，库存报表及财务数据，调整相关参数，输出滚动12个月产品级别的渠道销售预测
• Weekly sales trend monitor to identify top gap and reflect the change in sales forecast./ 周销售进度监控，识别实际销量与预测差异大的产品并分析原因，及时将变化反映在预测中
• Conduct monthly case study to drive key factor of forecast error, identify areas for improvement to optimize process/methodology./ 月度案例回顾，分析预测错误的关键因素并分类，识别流程中的可改进点，持续优化流程
• Design metrics of forecast strategy based on regular analysis./ 定期更新产品分类，基于计划矩阵，实施差异化的计划策略
• Launch projects to enhance dashboards and planning reports to improve efficiency./ 参与相关项目，持续优化仪表盘和日常计划报表的输出
• Train internal and external team on Demand Planning process, to ensure smooth implementation on S&OP process among multi-national cross functions./ 定期向内外部团队提供需求计划的流程培训，以确保与跨国的跨部门协作，顺利落地S&OP流程

Qualifications: 任职要求: 

• 5 years + working experience in Supply Chain management, Demand Planning & Supply Planning, with leadership background./ 5年以上供应链管理，需求及供应计划等相关工作经验，有管理团队经验
• Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, mathematics, statistics, supply chain management is preferred/本科或以上学历, 市场营销，数学，统计学，供应链管理专业优先
• Skilled in forecasting methodology & algorithm, apply statistical technique to forecast./ 精通销售预测方法及模型，熟悉如何在预测中运用统计学方法论
• Commercial intelligence about market, events and profitable indicators./ 对市场，活动及营利指标有深刻的商业洞察
• Excellent communication skill, team work and cross-function operation./ 优秀的沟通能力，善于团队合作及跨部门协调沟通
• Good data driven mindset, strong analytical skills with large data sets, details oriented./ 具有良好的数据驱动思维，对大数据集具有强分析能力，注重细节
• High computing skills, mainly Excel, experience of SQL, Python, Power query, Power BI is preferred./ 精通Excel，熟悉SQL, Python, Power query, Power BI尤佳
• Critical thinking and problem solving, self-motivation to drive continuous optimization./ 善于思考并解决问题，自我激励，主动推进流程的持续优化
• Fluent in English and presentation skills required. /流利的英语和良好的表达能力

 

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 254,799.17 to CNY 318,498.96. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
