We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who will manage the improvement and efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis in addition to auditing. Exceptional attention to detail coupled with an in-depth understanding of how to use data to story tell and measure the overall health of the Global Supply Chain are key.  

The role is highly collaborative as it will partner with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.  

PLEASE NOTE: this is an independent contractor position (indefinite contracting time period)

Responsibilities:

• Manage 3rd party auditing vendors to ensure we are achieving optimal reimbursements.  
• Assess the current supply chain and make recommendations on how to optimize to deliver significant cost advantages.  
• Work directly with the SC PM team on strategic projects in the areas of Planning, Logistics, and Distribution that need analytical support.  
• Create and manage dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.  
• Utilize Power BI for advanced analysis, calculations, trends, and dashboards.  
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to understand current and future OKR’s. 
• Support the Supply Chain team with simulations as well as ad hoc requests.  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with demonstrated skills in Supply Chain analytics. 
• Resourcefulness, ability to learn quickly and being open to new ideas are key. 
• Previous experience working within WMS, ERP, & Power BI systems. 
• Experience working with unstructured and structured data. 

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
• Ability to take ownership of assignments from conception to completion.  
• Data driven mindset and strong data skills.  
• Comfortable working with internal and external business partners.  

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is ₡11,383,492-₡14,229,365 CRC annually. This is an indefinite independent contracting position.
