eCommerce Channel Manager

We are looking for an exceptional eCommerce Channel Manager to join our Marketplace Expansion team, leading our strategy on Faire, Michaels, eBay and Kohls. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting and executing growth strategy across 80+ portfolio brands spanning 10+ categories on Faire, Michaels, eBay and Kohls. You’ll oversee all aspects of the platform, inclusive of pricing & promotions, assortment expansion, fulfillment strategy, merchandising, and marketing spend. You’ll be supported by an Marketplace Operations Specialist, who will execute all backend maintenance required by the channel platform, and you will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, maintain, and advance our relationship with Walmart and ensure our portfolio of brands is consistently in good standing.
  • Identify and champion new opportunities and approaches to support sustainable growth on the different platform.
  • Continuously monitor channel metrics, make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve performance, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Manage the channel P&L to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative Services, Technology, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Merchandising, etc.) to implement strategic pivots and continuously improve processes and dataflows.
  • Manage brand building activities to increase visibility and awareness for the portfolio of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or a closely related field. Additional work experience can be substituted on a year for year basis in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand or category management; prior experience on the Target platform is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment, make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
  • Numerically sensitive with strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated hiring range for this position is USD $83,200 to USD $104,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in an annual incentive program as a percentage of base salary, inclusion in our health and welfare benefit programs, and time off programs (vacation, sick, and floating holidays) among other benefits. The compensation and benefits provided for this role are subject to change and may be adjusted due to local market conditions based on the final work location of the incumbent.
