Marketplace Operations Specialist

Position Summary: 

The Marketplace Go-To-Market Specialist focuses on tracking, optimizing and managing product listings on Amazon during their initial launch phase As the Amazon Seller Central expert, you will ensure that each product listing is fully optimized for visibility and sales, all product launch tactics are followed, track initial sales and performance metricsIn additional you will provide guidance on pricing, promotional, paid advertising and listing optimization adjustments during the launch phase. 

Responsibilities:

Content Management: 

  • Monitor and manage listings to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively 
  • Work with Amazon to understand the root causes of existing listing health issues and to ensure our products are relisted effectively and efficiently 
  • Work closely with the Creative and SEO team to acquire approved creative content including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts. 
  • Troubleshoot any issues encountered while pushing creative content live onto product listings, and communicate these issues effectively among the involved parties. 
  • Effectively manage timelines for all seasonal content. 

Catalog Management: 

  • Oversee the management of the product catalog on Amazon.  
  • Work with Brand Analyst to update product attributes, categories, and creating variations as needed.  
  • Ensure that all product information is accurate and up-to-date, and that products are categorized correctly for optimal search and browsing by customers.  
  • Create variations of products to provide customers with a full range of options and enhance the shopping experience.  

Listing Troubleshooting 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, pricing and ensure accurate and compelling product information.  
  • Handle all aspects of listing troubleshooting, including dealing with suppressed listings and resolving image and content issues.  
  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines and are optimized for visibility and mitigate any potential litigation risk. 

Project Management: 

  • Use Monday.com to refer to priority task and update the progress of each task 

Account Audit: 

  • Regularly perform account audits to ensure all listings are active and accurate, and to identify and resolve any potential issues. Monitor account health and take corrective actions as necessary. 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of prior experience working in Amazon's seller central 
  • Must be highly organized and possess the ability to handle and manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment  
  • Good to have prior experience of Monday.com 

ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: ₱ 687,360.10 - ₱ 859,200.13 PHP Annually
