Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role
Infinite Reality is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused VP, Client Success to manage and expand our industry-leading partnerships across iR Business Ventures & Partnerships accounts. This VP will own the relationship with our partners and build scalable processes for project management and delivery. Reporting to the CRO, President of Business Ventures & Partnerships, the VP will play a critical role in spearheading multifaceted relationships through incredible client servicing and meticulous attention to detail.
What you’ll do
- Account Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for our partners across key brands including Infinite Reality and the Drone Racing League, ensuring iR is delivering against contractual requirements and managing renewal processes.
- Revenue Growth: Identify areas for expanded revenue opportunities with clients and help close partnership renewals.
- Client Relations: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Performance Measurement: Clearly communicate the progress of ongoing initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and tracking account metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Ventures team to identify and grow new opportunities with clients and across the industry.
- Problem Solving: Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Market Research & Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decisions and approach to partner management.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years experience of client management, preferably at an agency, sports property and/or technology company
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling partnerships
- Strong network and relationships across industry-leading companies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and partnership management tools
- Solid understanding of digital platforms and immersive technologies
Salary Range
$170,000 - $230,000 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
