Senior Manager, Total Rewards

Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

As we continue our global expansion, we are seeking a Total Rewards doer and leader  to manage compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our dynamic organization.

What you’ll do

  • Highly roll up your sleeves and detail-oriented, meaning you can't resist a spreadsheet, you catch details, you are customer service-oriented, and get whatever needs to be done with no drama and a great attitude. 
  • You love numbers and data and use them to drive decisions and insights.
  • Manage a global total rewards strategy, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other regionally relevant offerings.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of global job architecture, ensuring consistency and scalability across all regions.
  • Manage and enhance equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, and long-term incentives. Experience implementing and managing equity platforms such as Carta, Shareworks, or similar is required.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regional regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking to maintain equitable and competitive compensation structures.
  • Continuously improve total rewards programs based on data insights and industry trends.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, education, and communication around total rewards to enhance employee engagement and understanding.
  • Create highly customer service-oriented processes. Your customers are: all employees, the Board, the executive team. Be able to have honest and caring conversations with people.

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits, with a global exposure preferred.
  • Proven expertise in global job architecture frameworks and total rewards strategy execution.
  • Experience managing equity programs and understanding their impact on talent attraction and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of international benefits programs and compensation structures across multiple regions.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure global compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • A hands-on professional who enjoys problem-solving and execution.

Salary Range

$180,000 - $200,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
