Senior Director of Customer Acquisition and Performance Marketing

Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role:
The Senior Director of Customer Acquisition and Performance Marketing will be a key leader within our growth marketing team, tasked with driving customer acquisition and nurturing strategic partnerships in media buying. You will leverage your expertise in growth and performance marketing to architect and execute media buying strategies that align with our unique B2B SaaS objectives. This role requires an analytical yet creative approach to building and scaling paid media programs that are both efficient and impactful.

What you’ll do:

  • Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, development, and execution of data-driven media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels, with a focus on optimizing acquisition costs and maximizing reach within target markets across the globe.
  • Growth & Performance Marketing: Leverage a deep understanding of performance marketing to develop and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion. Focus on creative testing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the media budget allocation, ensuring spend efficiency and ROI while exploring high-impact opportunities for growth. Regularly analyze and report on budget performance, adjusting strategies to achieve or exceed KPI targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the product, analytics, creative, and sales teams to align media buying efforts with broader company goals and ensure a cohesive brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and technology vendors to stay ahead of industry trends, secure advantageous partnerships, and access the latest tools and technologies.
  • Audience Insights & Targeting: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to refine audience targeting and develop a strong understanding of customer behavior and buyer journeys in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use data and analytics to measure the impact of campaigns, make data-driven optimizations, and adjust strategies based on customer insights and campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with, and lead various teams and workstreams to execute campaigns that involve collaboration with marketing, finance, product management, among others.

What you’ll bring:

  • MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus but not required
  • 10+ years of experience in media buying, planning, and performance marketing
  • Experience at a scaling start-up is a big plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition through creative and efficient media strategies in the B2B SaaS or tech industry.
  • Expertise in a range of digital channels, including paid social, search, display, programmatic, TV, and content syndication, with a focus on funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and the ability to use data to inform and optimize strategy.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual media budgets and allocating resources for maximum impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present ideas, results, and strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and media buying platforms.
  • Experience building forecasts and partnering with finance on demand planning.
  • Must be comfortable in ambiguity and solutions oriented.

Base Salary Range

$190,000 - $210,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
