Position Overview

The Enterprise Sales Team at InfoTrust seeks an accomplished Strategic Account Executive to drive both new customer acquisition and growth opportunities across our portfolio of partnerships. This role combines prospecting and closing new enterprise accounts while growing revenue within assigned key existing customers, helping scale our fast-growing marketing analytics and data analytics business.

Our Sales Team not only expands our customer portfolio and grows existing revenue but drives strategy and collaboration among leadership stakeholders.

The role focuses on two primary areas: new customer acquisition and existing customer revenue growth through add-ons/upsells. Building deep relationships is crucial to our success, involving strategic travel (typically 2 weeks per quarter, visiting multiple customers per trip).

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Drive quarterly and annual new revenue quotas through new customer sales and existing account growth
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen while strategizing with executive stakeholders and departmental leaders
  • Develop deep understanding of customer businesses, including industry dynamics, business goals, marketing objectives, data privacy considerations, analytics maturity, competitive positioning, and available resources
  • Partner with internal solution experts to create strategic recommendations that solve customer needs and reduce risk
  • Anticipate customer needs and align them with InfoTrust's capabilities
  • Translate complex professional and technical solutions for both executive-level and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide consultative guidance to ensure customer strategies align with their goals
  • Foster collaboration across InfoTrust teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Position InfoTrust as an industry leader through research, events, and engagement opportunities
  • Share strategic market insights with senior management to support global expansion

Opportunity Management

  • Identify, nurture, and close $100K+ opportunities through discovery, consultation, and strategic recommendations
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual qualified opportunities and revenue targets
  • Accelerate deal velocity through strategic objection handling and effective buying committee navigation
  • Manage a multi-million dollar pipeline in Salesforce with accurate tracking and forecasting

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in account management and/or sales in software, professional services, agency solutions, or technical solutionsProven track record of exceeding quota year-over-year
  • Self-motivated with passion for relationship building and opportunity development
  • Natural consultative selling ability focused on solving business problems
  • Outstanding communication skills across all audiences and presentation formats
  • Experience with cross-functional technical project collaboration
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity management
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills
  • Excellence in problem-solving and priority management
  • Ability to travel up to 15%-20% (typically 2 trips per quarter)

Icing on the cake:

  • Google products and partner ecosystem knowledge
  • Digital analytics, data privacy, martech, and digital marketing sales experience
  • Industry experience in CPG, retail/e-commerce, B2B solutions, finance, or healthcare
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise
