Strategic Partnerships Lead

Location: Remote (US-based) - HQ in Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports to: Director of Partnerships
Travel: Up to 20% for partner meetings and industry events

InfoTrust is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to own and grow revenue through our network of agency and technology partners. This role is responsible for generating $1m in annual net revenue by working closely with partners to identify joint opportunities, co-sell into shared accounts, and position complementary technologies to our clients.

You’ll develop trusted relationships with partner organizations — from sales teams to client services — and work closely with our internal teams to align partnership initiatives with InfoTrust’s go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and partner collaboration.

 

Core Responsibilities

Partner-Driven Sales & Revenue

  • Own a $1M annual net revenue target, generating pipeline with low activation partners and net new partners
  • Collaborate with agency and technology partners to co-sell and close mutually beneficial deals
  • Build trusted relationships with partner sales, marketing, and client-facing teams
  • Create and execute joint account strategies, sales plays, and referral programs

Partnership Activation & Growth

  • Source and qualify new partners aligned with our ICP and solution offerings
  • Identify ways partners can introduce InfoTrust to their clients and vice versa
  • Support the sale of partner technology to InfoTrust clients where appropriate
  • Drive awareness and enablement of InfoTrust services among partner ecosystems

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to align partner activities with company goals
  • Participate in partner marketing initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns)
  • Track performance metrics such as partner-sourced revenue, referral volume, and engagement health

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles in a B2B tech or consulting environment
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging partner and client stakeholders
  • Familiarity with analytics (e.g., GA4, Adobe, Amplitude) and how organizations make decisions with data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives forward

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at an analytics or full service digital marketing agency
  • Background in media management.
  • Strong understanding of how to create win-win value propositions in partnerships
  • Experience working in a quota-carrying sales role
