About the Role

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy and ambitious Creative & Communications Intern to join our Talent team for a 3-month internship.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into great visuals, videos, stories and experiences. You could be designing a campaign one day, shooting an employee story the next, editing a reel, creating a handbook or experimenting with AI to find a better way to bring an idea to life.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute a brief, but can think creatively, figure things out independently and push the quality of the final output.

What You'll Do

  • Create posters, digital creatives, presentations, emailers, infographics and campaign assets.
  • Shoot and edit videos, reels, interviews, employee stories and events.
  • Use a DSLR/professional camera for photography and videography.
  • Create engaging content across different formats, from static design to short-form video.
  • Develop digital and physical handbooks, guides and toolkits.
  • Experiment with AI and emerging creative tools to improve the speed, quality and range of your work.
  • Help build a repository of reusable creative assets, templates, photographs, videos and content.
  • Work across different Talent, employee and employer branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong portfolio/showreel is essential. We want to see what you have actually created.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and visual communication.
  • Experience with Canva and Photoshop. Knowledge of other design/video tools is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing and creating reels/short-form content.
  • Comfortable shooting with a DSLR or professional camera.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography and branding.
  • Curious and highly tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and new creative tools.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Claude, Canva, Photoshop and other AI/design platforms to experiment and create.
  • Able to take an idea from concept → creation → final output with limited hand-holding.
  • Someone who thinks beyond the obvious and can say, "There's probably a better/more interesting way to do this."
  • High standards for your own work. Ambition and quality matter to us.

Who Would Thrive Here?

You might be a design, communication, media, film, visual arts or related student — but your portfolio matters more than your degree.

You may have built content for college clubs, events, communities, social media, freelance projects, startups or your own personal projects.

If you are someone who enjoys designing, shooting, editing, experimenting with technology and building things from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Work arrangement: Work from office, 5 days a week
  • Eligibility: Students who are in college and are available for a 3-month internship
  • Portfolio/showreel: Required
