About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate Director-Finance Operations to join the Finance team.You will work with the finance team and will report to VP- Finance. You will be managing all the Procurement, sourcing operation and finance operation for the company and leveraging your expertise in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration, you will drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our procurement processes & financial transformation.
A Day in the Life:
Vendor Management & Financial Transformation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to optimize service delivery and performance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiencies
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in finance operations
- Analyze current processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance finance process
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline operations
What You Need:
- 8+ years of experience in the similar role.
- Experience with SaaS or Tech companies is Good to have.
- MBA from Tier-I or Tier-II B-school / CA Qualified
- Ability to inspire and guide teams through change and challenge
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
