About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Director -Strategic Finance , who will be Business Finance, FP&A, Strategy, Equity and Debt Raise, M&A and Investor Relations.Working closely with executive leadership team to work towards long term strategy and aligning the same across the vertical.Responsible for KPI and cash flow management bringing in expertise of running a SaaS Business,Budgeting, forecasting and business partnership

A Day in the Life

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor revenue, optimize COGS, and align financial resources with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Oversee financial governance for R&D and G&A functions, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare and present Board decks, highlighting key financial metrics, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure budget adherence, manage approvals, and provide actionable financial insights to leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors, managing financial reporting and performance updates.
• Drive efforts to secure new investments by presenting robust financial strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement long-term financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong corporate governance.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

 What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 13+ years of experience in business financial leadership roles, with a strong background in strategic planning and analysis.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven experience in investor relations and board-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
