About the Role

We are looking for a strategic,data-driven,and business-oriented Senior Director-Analytics to lead our analytics function.This leader will be responsible for driving data-led decision-making across the organization, building scalable analytics practices, and unlocking value from data to support business growth.

A Day in the Life

• Lead the end-to-end analytics strategy, including data modeling, BI tools, forecasting, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to align analytics with strategic goals.
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team, mentoring talent and establishing best practices.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence product innovation, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Own analytics frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics for key business areas.
• Drive automation and scalability in data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, governance, and infrastructure scalability.
• Stay updated with industry trends in data science, AI/ML, and analytics tools to ensure innovation in approach and technology adoption.

 What You Need

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in SQL, Python/R, and working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Experience working with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
