Senior IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hardware, software, and systems support for the company’s IT environment. You will work on internal projects, common SAAS tools and ensure all local and global remote employees have consistent access to high-quality IT support. You will also help us develop IT processes and best practices for the organization and improve and manage the corporate IT Environment: Office Network, Meeting rooms, and IT purchasing. You will implement and enhance new IT tools and processes and create solutions That will help scale the team and the company.

  • Work in a global team that monitors, provides end-to-end support, and implements policies & automation while challenging yourself with self-driven projects in a cloud-first environment
  • Run the day-to-day IT operations at the Buenos Aires office
  • Provide best-in-class support to our employees around the world
  • Find technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees
  • Resolve technical problems both internally and in the cloud
  • Manage all endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting (for Windows, macOS)
  • Create and manage user accounts and access rights issues
  • Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, zoom meeting rooms, and back-office systems
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT ticketing system
  • Coordinate and manage complex technical projects and implementationsImplement, improve, and document new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for various IT systems
  • Researching, installing, and evaluating new products and services for deployment to internal customers
  • Manage inventory. budget and relationships with external vendors

What You’ll Bring to Us:

  • 4+ years experience working in an IT support-related role
  • 4+ years of experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows desktop and Mac OS. 
  • 4+ years of experience troubleshooting network environments (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) 
  • Experience working with IT Support tickets as per SLA and KPI’s
  • Experience with IT security tools such as – Firewall, EDR, MDM, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (Advanced)
  • Multitask with the ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment
  • Responsible and a team player.
  • Services oriented, excellent communication skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
