About the Role

Integrations are the backbone of our platform. We connect with hundreds of financial institutions and interface with dozens of critical systems-from core banking to authentication platforms, content systems, and loan origination tools.

As Lead Product Manager – Integrations, you will own our entire enterprise integrations ecosystem. This includes defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution for how we interface with:

  • Core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Symitar, Corelation)

  • LOS platforms and fraud/risk tools

  • Enterprise authentication systems (SSO, biometrics, MFA)

  • Content and knowledge systems

  • Middleware, APIs, and event-driven workflows

This is a deep, technical, and high-impact product role that sits at the core of our platform’s scalability and customer success.

What You’ll Do

Define Integration Architecture and Strategy

  • Build and evolve a roadmap for all inbound and outbound integrations, balancing client demands with platform scalability.

  • Partner with engineering to design modular, reusable frameworks that reduce integration timelines and increase standardization.

Lead Product Development of Integration Infrastructure

  • Own the API contracts, event models, data schema alignment, and integration governance across systems.

  • Drive the build of integration hubs, testing simulators, versioning pipelines, and observability tooling.

Collaborate Across Clients and Products

  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Implementation, and GTM teams to understand integration gaps across hundreds of financial institutions.

  • Ensure every integration effort supports the full lifecycle of our AI products-from voice banking to chat, onboarding, and internal co-pilots.

Improve Developer and Implementation Experience

  • Reduce time-to-value for implementation teams by simplifying onboarding paths and integration workflows.

  • Define frameworks for sandboxing, testing, and rollout of new integrations, ensuring high reliability and traceability.

Power All Product Lines Through Platformization

  • Build a shared foundation that supports not just connectivity-but dynamic configuration, policy enforcement, and cross-system orchestration.

Turn integration infrastructure into a competitive advantage that accelerates new customer adoption and product deployment velocity.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Launch a unified integration framework that supports faster onboarding for new FIs with fewer custom builds.

  • Standardize and scale high-demand integrations across multiple banking cores and authentication platforms.

  • Build foundational tooling for internal teams to manage, monitor, and test integrations seamlessly.

  • Deliver measurable impact on implementation time, product reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

Required

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, with direct ownership of integrations, platform components, or backend services.

  • 3–4 years of software engineering experience

  • Deep understanding of system integration patterns (REST, Webhooks, ETL, middleware), authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, biometric), and data standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive platform roadmaps and partner with engineering on deeply technical topics.

  • Experience working with enterprise customers in highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or healthcare.

Preferred

  • Experience integrating with core banking systems, ERPs, or compliance-oriented enterprise software.

  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools, integration testing frameworks, or self-serve developer portals.

  • Background in building tools for implementation, support, or customer success teams.

Why This Role is Critical

  • Every customer relies on your work. Our ability to deliver AI experiences depends on robust, intelligent, and scalable integrations.

  • This is not a support function-it’s a platform strategy. You’ll architect how our AI interfaces with the real world of banking systems.

  • You will define the future of “seamless integrations.” It’s not just about connecting APIs. It’s about reimagining how integrations can unlock autonomy, intelligence, and speed across every product line.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
