Role Overview
As a Regional Vice President of Sales (RVP) at Interface.ai, you will be a key driver of our growth — leading sales execution, regional go-to-market strategy, and customer acquisition across your assigned territory (West, East, or South). You’ll lead a high-performing team to build strategic relationships with enterprise financial institutions, deliver consistent revenue performance, and align cross-functionally to accelerate growth in your market.
This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, AI-driven SaaS environment and can blend strategic planning with hands-on deal leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution

Own revenue generation for your region, including pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with Interface.ai’s enterprise go-to-market approach.

Drive consistent pipeline velocity and optimize sales processes for enterprise financial institutions.

Execute territory planning, quota allocation, and regional account prioritization.

Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
Team Leadership & Development

Hire, mentor, and manage a regional team of Account Executives.

Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Partner with Sales Enablement to provide regional coaching on ICP alignment, value-based selling, and objection handling.

Track key performance metrics and ensure attainment of regional quotas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product to relay market insights and shape roadmap direction.

Partner with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and demand-generation initiatives specific to your territory.

Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.

Engage with Channel and Alliance Partners to unlock new customer segments and regional partnerships.
Customer Engagement & Deal Management

Lead high-value, strategic enterprise deals and establish trusted relationships with C-level executives.

Guide regional pricing, contracting, and negotiation strategies to ensure long-term customer success.

Represent Interface.ai at regional industry events, trade shows, and customer forums.

Champion customer value throughout the entire buyer journey.
Requirements

8–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a regional or national leadership role.

Proven success leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth in SaaS, FinTech, or AI-driven solutions.

Strong understanding of enterprise sales within regulated industries, particularly financial services.

Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Skilled in leveraging data and generative AI tools to drive decision-making, productivity, and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Compensation
Base compensation is expected to be between $180,000- $200,000 with additional variable components. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
