iRely is Hiring: Software Product Manager (Inventory Accounting)
Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Software Product Manager with a strong background in Inventory Accounting? iRely is looking for an expert to drive the development of the Inventory Accounting module for our software solutions. Position Overview:
As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and development of our Inventory Accounting module. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather business requirements, design functional solutions, and oversee product development. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring product quality, and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Location:

  • Remote (Philippines residents only)
  • 4 days onsite per month

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Inventory Accounting with a focus on Product Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading large teams and launching successful products.
  • Client-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience working with the Inventory Accounting/Supply Chain Management module.
  • Experience working with ERP systems on Inventory Accounting and Supply Chain Management.
  • Knowledge of Perpetual Inventory Accounting systems and various costing methods like FIFO, LIFO, Average, Actual Cost, and Lot Cost.
  • Familiarity with Inventory Adjustments, Cost Adjustments, Inventory Count, and month-end processing.
  • Strong understanding of Logistics, Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • SQL Server knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, C#, and T-SQL is advantageous.
  • Experience in software companies and implementation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Software Product Development: Manage the development of the Inventory Accounting module, ensuring it meets customer requirements and is delivered on time.
  • Functional and Technical Design: Document business needs, create use cases, mockups, data flow diagrams, and technical designs.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with other Product Managers to ensure seamless integration with other modules.
  • Training & Documentation: Create and maintain training materials and documentation. Provide training during onboarding and feature rollouts.
  • Commercialization: Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure the success of new products and features.
  • Product Quality & Support: Own product quality, mitigate risks, resolve customer support issues, and ensure timely resolution per SLA.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in product features, quality, and competitiveness. Collaborate with teams to achieve customer success.
  • Team Development: Mentor offshore teams to advance their technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
