Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead and oversee ERP software product implementation and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations on time, within scope, and on budget. Cross collaboration with offshore Implementation teams.
- This position is on- site at our Irving TX office - candidates must be local to the Dallas Fort Worth area. Requires up to 30 to 50% travel to client sites in the US.
- Able to work hours to accommodate client and team meetings in international time zones.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop Implementation project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, outline scope of work, scheduling, budgets, to ensure successful implementation.
- Client Engagement: Ensure seamless integration with SAP systems, aligning projects with best practices and organizational goals.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with technical teams to configure, customize, and integrate ERP systems according to client requirements, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Scope & Change Management: Define project scope, monitor deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, in US, India and Philippines, including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, control costs, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French is required; Read Write, Present.
- 7+years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on ERP software implementations.
- Experienced in Risk Management, Change Management
- Should be knowledgeable in functional & technical modules
- Minimum 2 greenfield implementations.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and data migration. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
- Requires leadership on Projects, Developing Project Plans, Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project or Jira)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications a PLUS
- Experience in managing multi-site ERP implementations.
- CTRM: Commodity Trading and Risk Management software ( ERP)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters, MBA preferred.
