About the Role
iRely is global leader in delivering cutting-edge ERP and SaaS solutions tailored to the commodity industry, petroleum, agriculture, retail and more. Our mission is to empower industry leaders with tools that drive efficiency, transparency, and growth across the supply chain.
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and expand our footprint in the Retail space. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients in the Retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across North America (or global, if applicable).
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in agriculture, agribusiness, and similar industries, organics etc.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, including RFPs, demos, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on ERP or SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of Retail Systems, POS, including Warehouse, Transportation, Logistics, Financials
- Proven success in selling to enterprise clients and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related disciplines; administration, finance or equivalent experience.
