The role is 100% remote PST. This is a W2 opportunity with itD and contracted at a Fortune 500 client in Silicon Valley. The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of leading global accounts.
 
You will also interact closely with itD's Communities of Practice (CoP), expand your network, and grow your career. This is a unique chance to meet others who think differently and are passionate about challenging the status quo!
 
Internal Responsibilities
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote PST
Duration: 12mo+ with the intent of long-term and possible client converstion, contingent upon budget and personal performance
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000/yr + full benefits

About the Role

Client Team: Chief of Staff to SVP & CMO Collaboration/SVP, Product Marketing, Networking

We're looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our executive communications and broader internal and external visual storytelling. This role will be instrumental in shaping high-impact presentations and visual assets that inspire, inform, and influence. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, communications professionals, and cross-functional teams to bring stories to life through thoughtful, visually engaging design.

What You'll Do

  • Executive Presentation Design: Create compelling, branded presentation decks for keynote speeches, board updates, customer meetings, and internal all-hands/town halls.
  • Newsletter & Campaign Visuals: Design visually striking layouts and graphics for internal newsletters and communications campaigns.
  • Infographics & Visual Storytelling: Translate complex data, strategies, and narratives into simple, clean, and digestible visuals.
  • Creative Ideation: Partner with communications leads and stakeholders to brainstorm and visualize new concepts, campaign themes, and storytelling formats.
  • Brand Adherence & Elevation: Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines, while pushing creative boundaries to deliver standout content.
  • Template Development: Create and maintain a suite of branded templates for executive and employee use.
  • Multimedia Collaboration: Work with video, motion graphics, or other media partners when appropriate to elevate messaging.
  • Deadline Management: Juggle multiple design projects with overlapping timelines, while delivering consistently high-quality work.

What We're Looking For

  • Tech and large enterprise industry work experience
  • 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally supporting executive or internal communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation platforms like PowerPoint and Keynote. Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work on presentations, infographics, brand storytelling, and visual communication projects.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, and how to apply these to executive-level content.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback effectively.
