Data Analyst V
itD is seeking a Data Analyst V to support advanced customer experience analytics initiatives for the Reality Labs Customer Experience organization. This role will focus on leveraging large-scale customer, operational, and behavioral datasets to generate actionable insights that improve customer satisfaction, optimize support experiences, and drive customer-centric business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in advanced analytics, customer insights, data modeling, and statistical analysis, along with a proven track record of delivering predictive insights, scalable reporting solutions, and measurable customer experience improvements.

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex customer, operational, and behavioral datasets to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for experience improvement.
- Develop predictive models, regression analysis, clustering techniques, and NLP-driven insights to improve customer support operations and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Synthesize customer feedback from surveys, support interactions, digital analytics, and operational systems to generate actionable business recommendations.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking solutions for customer experience and Voice of Customer programs.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and statistical methodologies to support advanced analytics initiatives and customer segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer support, operations, analytics, and business stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support machine learning and AI-driven initiatives focused on accelerating customer insights and operational efficiencies.
- Advocate for customer-centric decision-making through recurring and ad hoc reporting, storytelling, and insight evangelization.
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related analytical roles.
- 3+ years of experience supporting customer experience, customer support, Voice of Customer, or customer insights analytics initiatives.
- Strong expertise in SQL, including experience working with temporary tables and large-scale datasets.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, including Pandas and data structure manipulation.
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques including regression analysis, clustering, segmentation, and NLP.
- Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with customer feedback data, customer support data, and CX/VoC metrics including NPS and CSAT.
- Strong experience translating complex data into compelling business narratives and actionable insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience supporting customer experience analytics within consumer electronics, retail, or technology organizations.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience supporting AI-driven analytics or predictive customer support initiatives.
- Previous experience supporting Reality Labs or emerging technology product organizations.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and customer segmentation strategies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field required. Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred.
