
HR Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Associate with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing HR tickets, connecting HR programs and services to employees, and assisting with various HR functions to ensure a seamless and efficient employee experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Triage HR tickets: assign and tag tickets, and schedule tickets to other team members and do follow ups to ensure tickets are completed on time.
- Updating onboarding and offboarding tickets in the HR board
- Keeping employee files and database updated.
- Uploading of employee documents in Rippling and the HR Shared folder.
- Respond to UI Claims and employment verifications for active employees.
- Processing of COE's.
- Preparing necessary forms and processing.
- Assist in Level I tickets as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job KPIs:
- 100% New Tickets Triaged within 30 minutes on weekdays
- 100% assigned ticket is completed within schedule
- 100% assigned ticket is updated daily (external update)
- 50% Connectwise Utilization (>4h daily time entry)
Job Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience relevant to the position.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (BS/BA Psychology).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft office and ticketing tools is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of integrity.
Job Requirements:
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for Mac
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
- HD webcam/camera
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
Compensation:
Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and vary by experience and location.
