Supervisor, Exhibit Production & Prep

North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Experience Without Limits
Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.

That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.

Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.

Lead the team behind the scenes that makes show day possible.

North Las Vegas, NV | Fully onsite, Monday–Friday

What if your work helped build the experience thousands of people walk into?

Jack Morton is looking for a Supervisor, Exhibit Production & Prep to lead our North Las Vegas prep team—the crew responsible for making sure the exhibit properties, graphics, structures, rental assets, and event components are clean, complete, functional, packed, and ready to go when the show begins.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving production environment. You'll lead people, solve problems, coordinate priorities, and make sure everything coming out of the prep shop is ready for the next stage of the journey.

If you like being the person who can look at a complicated project, figure out what needs to happen, get the team moving, and make sure it gets done right, you'll thrive here.

This position is fully onsite in North Las Vegas, 5 days per week.

What You'll Lead

Get the team and the show ready!

You'll oversee the day-to-day work of the prep team, making sure every project is ready to move from the shop to the show floor.

  • Lead and coordinate daily prep activities, including inventory, cleaning, repairs, assembly, staging, and packing
  • Prepare exhibit properties, graphics, custom structures, rental assets, and event components for shipment and installation
  • Review exhibit drawings, work orders, show specifications, and production requirements to determine what needs to happen and in what order
  • Assign work, establish priorities, and adjust staffing and procedures as deadlines shift
  • Make sure components, graphics, hardware, and show-specific materials are complete, functional, and ready to go
  • Monitor labor and production time to help plan work accurately
  • Coordinate with Project Management, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Show Services to keep projects moving
  • Help identify potential problems before they become show-site problems

Make the Operation Better

We don't just want someone who can keep the current process running. We want someone who looks at the process and asks:

"How can we do this better?"

You'll have opportunities to improve:

  • Production methods and workflows
  • Equipment performance
  • Quality-control processes
  • Labor utilization
  • Material handling
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Team efficiency
  • Shop safety and working conditions

You'll also work closely with employees to troubleshoot problems and develop practical solutions.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how production really works.

You bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in production, fabrication, exhibits, trade shows, event production, warehouse/prep, logistics, or a related environment
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a hands-on team
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, exhibit drawings, diagrams, technical instructions, and production schedules
  • Experience assigning work, managing priorities, solving problems, and hitting deadlines
  • Proficiency operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies. We do not discriminate on race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
