Jaan Health’s team is growing! We’re looking for a talented Finance Associate to join our lean, high-impact team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CFO and VP of Finance to manage core financial operations, deliver insights to support decision-making, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to operating a high growth SaaS business in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
● Prepare internal financial summaries and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
● Utilize Excel, SQL and data analytics tools to analyze financial and operational data
● Identify and implement improvements to finance and business operations workflows
● Monitor and report on KPIs, along with insights
● Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency
● Partner with Product, Ops, Growth and Customer Success teams to support key initiatives
● Research and identify potential growth and partnership opportunities
● Support investor or board reporting requests as needed

What Skills You’ll Need:

● 2 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, startup finance or a related
field; healthcare or SaaS industry experience a plus
● Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, BBA, or related field required.
● Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, MBA, or related field preferred.
● Advanced Excel skills; comfort with SQL or Python for data analysis
● Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analytical abilities
● Entrepreneurial mindset focused on solving complex challenges
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● High attention to detail with ability to prioritize what matters
● Adaptable and energized by fast-paced environments
