We are currently seeking a results-driven Recruiter Associate to join our HR team as a part-time team member. As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for evaluating candidate applications, sourcing, and conducting interviews to identify qualified candidates for clinical and corporate roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates and has a strong eye for identifying potential talent. In this part-time role, you will have the potential to move to full-time, depending on business needs and performance
Key Responsibilities
- Review candidate applications and resumes to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Conduct video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Assist in coordinating interviews and scheduling with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate quality standards while hitting volume targets, ensuring all hires meet licensing and credentialing requirements
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and reports
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies and operational improvements
- Perform recruitment and administrative tasks to support the HR team
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment or candidate screening recruiting licensed healthcare (LPN/LVN, RN, PA/ NP) professionals
- Proven track record of managing relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn recruitment tools and software (prefer exp in Greenhouse, Notion, ClickUp, Slack, and G-Suite)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated, innovative, resourceful, and takes initiative
