VP Sales, North America
Role Purpose:
The Vice President of Sales at Jumio will drive revenue growth, define sales strategies, and lead a high-performing sales team to expand Jumio’s presence in the identity verification space. This role is critical in fostering new enterprise partnerships, nurturing client relationships, and aligning the sales function with Jumio’s mission of making the digital world a safer place.

As a key leader in Jumio’s executive team, the VP of Sales will have a significant impact on revenue, profitability, and market share. By delivering on sales targets, this role will help Jumio solidify its position as a global leader in identity verification while enabling innovation and growth.
Example Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers and key prospects.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, deal structuring, and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
- Represent Jumio at industry events, strengthening brand recognition and market presence.
- Identify opportunities in new markets and industries, driving strategic growth initiatives.
- Implement and refine sales processes and tools, including effective use of CRM systems.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or identity verification industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts and close deals valued at $1M+.
- Experience driving $20M+ in annual revenue with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and executive-level communication.
- Expertise in sales technology and analytics, with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

- Familiarity with the identity verification, AML, or KYC market.
- Established network within enterprise accounts in relevant industries.
- Experience scaling sales organizations in high-growth, competitive environments.
