Associate Manager, Brand Marketing

Position Overview
As an Associate Brand Manager, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our brand strategy and science-backed innovations to life across every touchpoint—from pipeline to product launch to post-campaign analysis. You’ll work cross-functionally to help shape the future of our brand and drive meaningful impact across all categories. This is an exciting and newly created role that builds on our growing brand marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Global Brand Marketing Calendar and Strategy Execution
- Innovation Pipeline: support the strategic development and management of the product innovation pipeline, helping to coordinate across teams to bring cutting-edge science-backed solutions to market
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global beauty landscape, pricing, claims and competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Marketing Documents: Prepares and maintains positioning documents, forecasting guidance, calendars, internal presentations, recaps, and toolkits to support global alignment and execution
- Project Management: Partners with cross-functional teams (R&I, , Creative, Operations) to manage marketing aspects within timelines, briefs, and go-to-market readiness for new product launches. Help manage the agenda and notes for all marketing related NPD meetings.
- Marketing Briefs: Create briefs, including claims, artwork, copy. Ensure all briefs are on time, complete and, when relevant input into the internal Wrike ticketing system
- Product Sample Management: Responsible for product sample management across internal teams, tracking all needs and ensuring dates are met
- Go To Market
- Project Management: Lead and partner with cross-functional teams to drive all required elements of marketing campaign planning including timeline, GTM planning meetings
- GTM Process: support go to market process refinement, implementing new ways of working, structure and tracking documents
- Go to marketing documents: Help to maintain and update all go to market documents including GTM trackers, calendars, 360 deck
- Creative Briefing & Asset Development: Support brief development and execution, enter briefs into internal tracking system
- Post Campaign/Launch analysis: Create recap decks post-launch and post-campaign, coordinating cross functionally to review results vs planned KPIs
- Brand Marketing Operations and Insights
- File management and administrative support: Perform admin tasks as needed including supporting the marketing function including shipping, scheduling, budget tracking and file management
- Market research: support consumer and market insights gathering and analysis including across surveys, salon visits, interviews and online tools
Desired skills for the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from an accredited school
- 5 years experience in a marketing position at a high growth company in consumer product goods
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
Additional Notes
- Ability to work in a remote/home office and ability to travel for offsite events.
Salary Range: $40.00/hr USD
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
