The Interview Delivery team is committed to delivering and scaling a seamless interview experience at Karat. As one of the organization’s core teams, we play a critical role in both driving business outcomes and shaping the future of technical recruiting. We work closely with candidates, clients, Interview Engineers, and internal partners to ensure every interview runs smoothly and effectively.

What you will do

As a Senior Marketplace Analytics Manager at Karat, you will analyze marketplace dynamics, optimize supply-demand alignment, and provide the analytical foundation that supports our operational decisions. Driving data-driven insights within our Interview Delivery team, you'll own critical marketplace analyses, work cross-functionally to surface actionable insights, and directly influence how our marketplace runs efficiently and cost-effectively.

  • Own end-to-end marketplace analytics, driving strategy around supply-demand dynamics, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Define and operationalize KPIs and dashboards that provide visibility into marketplace health, enabling real-time and long-term decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the company’s Operations, Content, Finance, Product, and Growth teams to influence capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational initiatives.
  • Lead advanced analyses using SQL, BI tools, and forecasting models to surface actionable insights, identify inefficiencies, and inform growth strategies.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership, playing a key role in company-wide planning and prioritization.
  • Advocate for data literacy and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making across teams.

The experience you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles, including time spent in marketplaces, platforms, or complex service businesses
  • Proven success leading data-driven strategy at scale, with deep expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis
  • Fluency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), with a strong sense for how to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Expertise in marketplace dynamics, including supply-demand optimization, capacity planning, and cost strategy
  • Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

This position is only available to candidates residing in Mexico City. While our team operates 100% remotely, we are currently limiting hiring to this specific location. Applications from other cities in Mexico will not be considered at this time.

  • Sick Leave:  Three (3) work weeks per calendar year
  • Karat ‘No Questions Asked’ Leave: one (1) work week per calendar year

Mexico Holidays

  • Public Holidays: 7 days
  • Karat Summer Break: 5 days - July
  • Karat Winter Break: 5 days - December
