Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Specialist with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the use of Salesforce to drive business efficiency and enhance customer relationships. This role involves managing Salesforce data, configuring workflows, supporting sales teams, and ensuring that Salesforce best practices are implemented across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Configure and manage Salesforce environments to meet business needs, including user setup, data management, security settings, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users, ensuring that team members can effectively use the CRM platform to drive sales, marketing, and customer service efforts.
  • Data Management: Maintain and clean CRM data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Perform regular data audits to remove duplicates, update records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement Salesforce best practices to streamline sales processes, enhance customer relationship management, and improve team productivity.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, lead generation, customer engagement, and other key metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and ensure alignment in workflows and data sharing.
  • System Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, including the implementation of custom fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows.
  • Automation & Integration: Leverage Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, Apex) to automate business processes, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent customer experiences.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve CRM capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a focus on Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent) preferred. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Apex).
    • Experience with Salesforce data import/export tools, reports, and dashboards.
    • Familiarity with integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions, identify trends, and optimize CRM processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively train and support end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and develop solutions efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring CRM data and processes are accurately managed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with sales teams to implement CRM-driven sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or Pardot is a plus.
