As a Support Engineer, you will be the backbone of Karya’s operational excellence, enabling seamless functionality of our platform, tools, and processes. Working closely with our operations and core platform teams, you will ensure that both internal and external stakeholders are empowered with robust technology solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support for Operations - Provide day-to-day support for platform-related bugs and requests, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Build Tools for Operational Efficiency - Develop innovative tools and features to enhance the functionality of existing systems and improve operational workflows.
  • Streamline Cross-Team Collaboration - Design and implement processes to facilitate efficient communication and support across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Client-Focused Technical Solutions - Collaborate with the core platform team to address client technology and data requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting platform issues and developing tools or scripts.
  • Strong understanding of operations and cross-team coordination.
  • Prior experience in supporting technology solutions for internal and external stakeholders is a plus
