Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data and technology. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting BI reporting, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping optimize data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting (70%)
- Build and maintain analytical dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI, HubSpot, Claude AI, and Microsoft Excel to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Help automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Technical Support (30%)
- Provide first-level support for internal users on Power BI tool and travel tech platforms such as ADX
- Troubleshoot data access, report errors, and system issues
- Document common issues and solutions in a knowledge base
- Assist with onboarding and training materials for new users
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Interest in the travel industry and technology
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Exposure to CRM or travel booking systems
- Exposure to ERP or general accounting software
