  • Conduct keyword, topic, and intent research using AI and analytics tools to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Optimize site architecture and internal linking to strengthen topical authority and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with content, UX, and development teams to ensure best-in-class on-page and technical performance.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement trends, identifying insights and testing opportunities to improve results across all our lines of business (cruise, luxury, tours, villas, and yachts).
  • Stay ahead of search evolution, from AI-generated search results to multi-modal discovery experiences, and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Increase in qualified leads from non-paid channels
  • Improvement in organic CTR and keyword visibility across key categories
  • Authority and visibility in AI-driven search results (AEO/GEO impact)
  • Content production velocity and optimization quality (brief-to-live efficiency)

Who You Are

  • Skilled at connecting SEO fundamentals with modern AI-driven search trends.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Excellent communicator able to brief, align, and collaborate across teams using PowerPoint as the medium.
  • Creative and curious, with a pulse on the evolving search landscape.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on Content and SEO experience (AEO/GEO exposure preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in content, marketing, business, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and lead generation
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT/Perplexity, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, or similar
